Blind cat restores vision

My 14-year-old cat "Erica" was diagnosed with known renal failure, in May 2009 as CRF or chronic renal failure. It is common in older cats, but virtually undetectable until approximately 70 percent of kidneys already does not have. While CRF is terminal, your cat for a comfortable life for months or even years can go life, as long as it maintains a strict Kidney Diet, proper medication and daily injections of subcutaneous fluids.

However, a potential side effect of the CRF is blood pressure caused by a sudden increase in the incidence of blindness. In the case of Erica, it happened six months after her diagnosis. Although I was destroyed on the ground, I remembered reading an article by Dr. Gary Norsworthy in VET-Forum magazine June 1996. He said that the vision can return as soon as the blood pressure is lowered, offers the cat 24 hours of the onset on blood pressure medicine goes. The retina can potentially attach once the pressure is important.

I immediately called My vet and she prescribed the drugs over the phone, even though she never heard about the potential of such a miracle occurs admitted. I also called eye specialists and they got the situation, but on the whole, the feedback was about the same. I cleaned the Internet and found some articles and forums, which checks the possibility, but could not find success stories at the individual level. I knew, that I remain too positive and still have faith. I prayed for the first time in my life.

Erica surprisingly well adapted for the blind. I wore them in and out of the bed every night and she slept close by my head. And then, three weeks to the day after they lost their vision, she woke up and saw 100 percent again! Every day a gift was already, as far as I was concerned, but this individual on his own of the greatest moment of my life was. And if you think I am grateful and thankful, imagine, as was Erica! She started acting like a kitten again and was more loving than ever before. So, if you a CRF cat or know anyone, the request does have, the word about this amazing and wonderful small spread known secret!
