How you introduce your new cat or kitten in your older cats

What is the best way to get a new cat or kitten in your household to introduce? Patience is the key. Cats are territorial animals, and bring a new addition at home can a stressful experience for your pets, not to mention saying - if not handled correctly. I am sure that if you want to experience a peaceful and rewarding relationship between your new and existing pets it requires time, patience and hard work. Expect a good time frame for this introduction usually takes about two weeks before the pets with each other feel. In special circumstances, it may take longer for this process. Remember, patience is the key, and it is worth the wait also. Follow the suggestions below and you and your pets will be rewarded with great times and a lifetime of fun!

1. The first step is to isolate your cat or kitten from other pets in the household. A separate room (safe room) for you new cat is the best way to start. The smaller room will help your new Cat get used to their new home and will adapt faster. It is very important to ensure that you a litter box, post office, toys and food scratching.
